Founded by Dr. Gennaro Broya de Lucia, EUKON is a society that has been operating in Italy since 2005 importing medical technologies from United States, Canada, India, Germany, the Netherlands, China and others. Now directed by Dr. Claudia Mugnoz, EUKON boasts more than ten years of experience in the fields of cardiology and interventional radiology and offers state-of-the-art clinical solution, supports all that could benefit patients and is committed to a continuous search for innovative high-tech devices to improve medical progress, promising efficiency, transparency and flexibility. One of EUKON's main objectives is to guarantee its work by conveying professionalism and trust, showing the utmost respect for the work team and its environment, and this is demonstrated by the many international certifications it has obtained over the years. Despite the previous ISO 14001:2015 certification, Eukon has not stopped and with its mission to "minimize its impact on the environment by using energy-conscious working practices", it has obtained a further certification, ISO 14067:2018 for continuous improvement of environmental performance within the company. But innovation and responsibility were intertwined by certifying EUKON in accordance with ESG STANDARD 11000:2023, giving the company a medal for its dedication to making a positive impact on the world in the MedTech sector. In addition to its respect for the environment, EUKON was also rewarded for its respect towards its work team, promoting a fair and inclusive environment and achieving another milestone: UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification. The Gender Equality Award recognizes EUKON's constant commitment to promoting gender equality, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all employees, from the recruitment process to work-life balance. EUKON has also been a pioneer and leader in Italy in providing automated and computerized systems analysis of radiological, oncological and cardiovascular images (as tac, angiography and MRI) so to improve efficiency and the quality of diagnostics.

Proof of this is the launch of the pVAD iVAC 2L, a medical device that has been on the Italian market for about two years and is enjoying huge success throughout Italy. Thanks to its revolutionary technology, positioned in the left ventricular cavity via the femoral artery, the iVAC provides hemodynamic support during revascularization interventions in cases of heart attack and cardiogenic shock and in high-risk patients.
